Dear CLDI friends and family,

I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with joy! As we step into the new year, let’s dive into the latest happenings at Tapestry.

The cleanup on the third floor has begun, and it’s nothing short of incredible! With the exception of water heaters and refrigerators, the spaces are looking move-in ready. The transformation is truly remarkable.

Moving down to the second floor, the addition of door jambs and trim is underway, and the electrical work is about 90% complete. Each detail is carefully attended to, bringing us closer to the envisioned completion.

On the first floor, progress is evident as we begin adding cabinets and countertops, along with doors and their jambs. The groundwork for functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces is taking shape.

Good news on the elevator front – it’s fully operational using a generator. We’re hopeful that Northwestern Energy will be on-site next week to set up permanent power, allowing us to add the remaining appliances and bring Tapestry one step closer to its completion.

As we navigate these final stages, please continue to keep the dedicated team at Langlas in your thoughts and prayers. Their hard work and commitment are instrumental in ensuring we meet our project deadlines.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers. Here’s to a year filled with progress, growth, and the realization of the Tapestry vision.

Blessings,

Kaleb Perdew
