On, Thursday, December 15th, we had our official groundbreaking ceremony! We were joined by several members of our community, and it is an honor to have Don Sterhan with Mountain Plains Equity Group, Mayor Bill Cole, Langlas Construction, and Collaborative Design Architects partner with us on this project and celebrate this day. The building site is prepped, and we are ready to dig the foundation next week weather permitting. Funds continue to come in to support this great workforce housing project. As of today, we are at a $772,000 deficit. If you would like to help close that gap, please Click Here.

Also as a secondary project, the building behind CLDI was demolished today! We are thankful to have had the opportunity to purchase this building. In the near future, we look to expand the CLDI parking lot in this space. Stay tuned for more pictures coming your way!
