What a great week! It is so fun to drive by each day and see the progress being made. If you haven’t been by in person yet, you should!
This week we finished pouring concrete and excavating for carports. The interior and exterior framing was completed, roofs and walls were sheathed, and the patio gables were framed. The south building was also waterproofed. On deck for next week is the installation of carport and patio piers, more window installation, siding, and pocket door frames.
The KMC Property Management team will be meeting in late November to determine rent, as well as the application process for these units.
