Mosaic Senior Cottage Update – Week 20

Hello friends!

I hope and trust you had a blessed Christmas and Happy New Year! My family and I were able to spend a very snowy Christmas in Alpine, Wyoming with my immediate family. We certainly enjoyed seeing family and playing in the snow as we built snow forts, went sledding, and snowmobiled! Unfortunately, we rang in the New Year with some of the family (myself included) having COVID. Thankfully everyone is well and was not too sick.
As a Week 20 Update, here are the major happenings:

  • The North building is sheetrocked and taped, except for the bathrooms as we are still waiting on our shower pans. They have been back-ordered for months but should arrive the first of next week.
  • The South building is ready for texture and trim.
  • The site work has been finished and we are ready to pour concrete slabs next week, and hopefully get going on the carport structure (which has also to be poured with concrete).

While the weather is been colder and made some of this work more difficult, we are still shooting for the completion of the project in March. If you would like to schedule a walkthrough, please reach out to me via email!

Many blessings,

Eric
