Dear CLDI friends and family,

Exciting developments are unfolding as we near the completion of the Tapestry project. Here’s a quick overview of our recent progress:

The third and second floors are now 90% complete, a testament to the dedicated efforts of our team. We conducted a punch walk last week on the 3rd floor, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.

Northwestern Energy’s schedule got adjusted to Monday, and we eagerly await the connection of permanent power to the building. Water heaters are scheduled for installation on the 15th, marking another step towards the project’s completion.

Construction is on track to be finished by the anticipated ribbon-cutting on the 30th – a momentous occasion that signifies the realization of our shared vision. On the first floor, we’re waiting for the arrival of countertops, and appliances are scheduled for installation next week.

As we approach the final stages, we’re also beginning the application process for income-qualified individuals, ensuring Tapestry becomes a welcoming home for a diverse community.

Thank you for your continued support. Every step forward is a shared victory, and we can’t wait to celebrate the completion of Tapestry together.

Blessings,

Kaleb Perdew
