Dear CLDI friends and family,

We’re excited to showcase the installation of the front doors at Tapestry Apartments, a significant step towards creating a welcoming entrance for future residents.

Our landscaping efforts are in full swing, with the addition of rocks and grass. The installation of mailboxes adds a functional and communal touch, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the complex.

Inside, the intricate work on the mechanics and electrical components of the elevator is underway, shaping Tapestry into a fully functional and inviting apartment complex. Preparations for staircase flooring have commenced; for those eager to explore the interiors, we’re actively adding appliances, framing spaces, and setting flooring throughout, creating a harmonious blend from top to bottom. To get a closer look at these developments, we invite you to watch the video above and witness the transformation of these rooms.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew

On January 29th from 12:00 – 4:30 pm and January 30th from 8:30 – 12:00 pm, we will be hosting walkthroughs and tours of Tapestry. Please reach out to alex@cldibillings.org to get scheduled with Kaleb during these times.
