Tapestry Friday Update: Week 53

Dear CLDI friends and family,

This week’s update is brimming with exciting news as we inch closer to the completion of Tapestry. The apartments are buzzing with activity, and we’re eager to share the latest developments.

All appliances, except for fridges, have made their way to Tapestry. Dishwashers, dryers, washing machines – you name it, they’re all in place, transforming the living spaces on every floor, except the first. The team has been hard at work on landscaping, from rocks to fences, enhancing the surroundings, and bringing Tapestry to life.

On the interior front, progress is evident as wood flooring is being laid in the hallways from the third floor down. Simultaneously, the installation of cabinets, sinks, faucets, and countertops has been completed on the third floor, with the team now moving down from the second to the first. The meticulous craftsmanship is turning these spaces into the inviting homes we’ve envisioned.

While we celebrate these milestones, we also have a request for your thoughts and prayers. We’re waiting for Northwestern Energy to turn on the electricity, a step that was initially scheduled for this week but faced a slight delay due to electrical inspections.

Looking ahead, our tentative dates for the Certificate of Occupancy are mid-January, with a potential move-in date as early as February 1st. Your ongoing support are invaluable as we navigate these final stages.

Thank you for being an integral part of this incredible journey.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew
