Dear CLDI friends and family,

This week marks a significant milestone for us – a whole year of working diligently at Tapestry. It’s incredible to reflect on how much we’ve accomplished together in this time, starting from the ground up.

On the third floor, we’re proud to share that the flooring is now completed, alongside the finishing touches of window sills and MEP trim. These spaces are truly taking shape, and it’s a testament to the progress made in just one year.

Moving down to the second floor, the journey continues with ongoing flooring work and the meticulous installation of window sills. Each detail adds to the story of Tapestry, and we’re excited to see it unfold.

Down on the first floor, we’ve wrapped up painting, and the completion of one ADA shower is a significant step forward, with anticipation for the other to join soon.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew
