Dear CLDI friends and family,

At Tapestry, the team at Langlas is working diligently from top to bottom, bringing the vision to life. They are continuing in their process of installing flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and trim, layering each detail with precision and care.

On this note, we want to take a moment to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. We hope your holidays are filled with joy, warmth, and the love of family and friends. At CLDI, we are currently savoring the festivities, and we sincerely wish the same for you and your loved ones.

It’s because of your unwavering support that we can invest in the South Side in such impactful ways, building significant projects like Tapestry Apartments. Your belief in our mission is foundational to our work, and we are deeply thankful for each of you.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with gratitude and joy,

Kaleb Perdew
