Dear CLDI friends and family,

This week at Tapestry, we’ve been on a mission to catch up and make significant strides. On the third floor, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work, meticulously texturing and repainting to bring those spaces to life. The second floor is gearing up for a makeover – sanding, texturing, and priming are on the horizon.

Down on the first floor, we’re making headway with the completion of ductwork and the beginnings of soffit framing. The drywall is now 85% completed, marking a substantial milestone in our project’s journey. The stairwells have been sheetrocked, adding both safety and aesthetics to our building. And the anticipation is growing as we look forward to the possibility of having sidewalks put in next week, creating a welcoming path for residents and visitors alike.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew
