Dear CLDI friends and family,

As we dive into another week of progress at Tapestry Apartments, we’re eager to share some exciting updates with you. On the third floor, we’re pouring gypcrete flooring, laying the groundwork for comfortable, inviting spaces where future residents will make their homes. On the second floor, we’ve been busy with taping and cleaning, creating a clear and clean environment. And on the first floor, the walls are coming to life with sheetrock, marking another milestone on our journey.

Our exterior is also undergoing a remarkable transformation with the introduction of new metal siding that beautifully mimics wood. This addition not only beautifies the entire building but also embodies the blend of modernity and warmth we hope to achieve.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Together, we’re weaving a beautiful tapestry of progress and transformation.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew
