Hello Friends of CLDI,

This officially makes 30 weeks since we began building Tapestry! It’s been incredible to see the hard work and dedication of those invested in seeing Tapestry completed.

This week we are finishing up the 3rd-floor interior electrical. All the electrical behind the sheetrock will provide power to all switches and outlets. We are also completing the rough-in for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) on the 3rd floor. We continue adding our bathtubs and showers and are flushing out and pressure-testing the underground water lines for any cracks. Finally, the exterior EIFS siding is ongoing, and we have begun trimming out the metal siding!

I hope you all have a wonderful Fourth of July and spend time with your loved ones!

Have a blessed week,

Kaleb
