Tapestry Friday Update: Week 27

Hello friends!

I hope that you are having a great week. Wow, who knew Billings could receive that amount of rain from one storm? For those of you in Billings, we hope you didn’t have too much damage from any flooding, if any at all. Thankfully. CLDI faired well, with the exception of a couple of minor situations. It certainly could have been much worse, so we are thankful.

As you can see from the progress of the pictures, windows have begun to be installed and will most likely be fully installed by next week. 95% of the internal framing is complete, and the plumbers are now working on the second floor. Assuming all continues to go as planned with the trades, we should be hanging sheetrock around the week of July 4th. However, thus far, we are still yet to complete the roof! Obviously, this is quite important to have prior to hanging sheetrock! Pray for our amazing contracting team (Langlas) to continue to navigate the complexity of managing a project of this scope with so many variables (i.e., roofers that are quite busy in the summer!). I am confident in our team and their ability to pull it off. What would a construction project be without a few challenges?

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb
