We have great news; we closed on the Tapestry project last Friday, December 2nd, making Tapestry official. This week Langlas set up the building site, scraped the asphalt, and are ready to dig for the foundations! We anticipate a 12-month build time. In the end, Tapestry will serve 27 of our working families/individuals who fall between the 40-60% (Average Median Income.) Praise God, we received a $1 million grant this week, leaving us a deficit of only $900k for this $8.4 million project.
