Hey there friends!
I hope you are well today. We had some great progress this week at the cottages. Trim is being installed, tile is going up in the showers, final paint is being touched up, and we are staging for the cabinets! Also, some great work is being done on the outside as we dress these apartments up with the cute cottage exterior. Yes, I just said cute. Maybe I should’ve said stylish so as to make our architects happy. 🙂
As a heads up, you will not receive an email from me next week as I will be out of the country. Bob Bradford, don’t be concerned! will have an update headed your way the following week.
The apartments will be finished in March and we are planning for tenants to move in on April 1st! Currently, we still have one open apartment. Will you join us in praying that the Lord sends the right person to join this little community?
