Mosaic Senior Cottage Update – Project Completed!

Hello friends!

Some great news, we finished up the landscaping at Mosaic! In case you were not able to see the apartments in person, I wanted to share these exceptional photos that our friend Savanah took for us. The tenants are settling in and enjoying their new “home.”

 

Because of your partnership, this project was 100% funded! 

 

It has been said of CLDI that we don’t allow the grass to grow under our feet. A true statement indeed! Currently, we are working to finish up the landscaping at our intern house (3016 4th Ave. South), we are planning to break ground on 4 townhomes in June, and there is a good chance that we will be able to secure another home by the Hannah House complex! Of course, there might be a couple of other projects in the works too!
