Hello, Tapestry friends & family!

We’re excited to announce that with our certificate of occupancy, we are now actively seeking to lease up the apartments at Tapestry. This marks an exciting new phase in our journey as we look for the right individuals and families to call Tapestry home.

Our doors are open to a diverse range of residents, including women from our recovery home, the Hannah House, single parents, first-time apartment dwellers, and the working-class poor. We believe in creating a vibrant community that reflects the rich diversity of our South Side neighborhood.

We can’t wait to meet the individuals who will soon become part of our Tapestry family, sharing the joys and challenges of life together in our South Side community.

Have a great weekend!

Kaleb Perdew
