Project Details

$300,000 Could Rebuild the Future for 20 Billings Families

  • \Increase Hannah House capacity from 11 women and 20 children to 20 women and 46 children. This represents an 81% increase in capacity for those we could purposefully serve with holistic recovery opportunities.
  • \Turn a condemned property into two new facilities that would incorporate a daycare, playground, program, office, therapy, and community spaces and add much-needed transitional living space for those women who have completed various stages of recovery.
  • \ADDITIONAL PROGRAM HOUSING | providing 64% more cost-effective Level I, II and II program housing for those willing to commit to the significant process of recovery from addiction and trauma.
  • \HOLISTIC CARE | The restorative approach within the Hannah House program speaks to the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of each person served to ensure the very best long-term, lasting outcomes.
  • \COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT | The new central program facility and connective campus homes allow for additional spaces for women in the program to gather, meet with counselors, share celebratory meals, and ensure children spend time with mothers (either for facilitated visits or through reunification) have safe, fenced places to learn and play.

    Pathways to Transformation

    From Surviving to Thriving

“One of my big takeaways in recovery was during the Genesis Process, and that was learning about false beliefs. The Hannah House has directly affected me being successful in my sobriety due to having a safe, sober place after getting out of jail. The support we receive is amazing and a godsend.”

    — ARIANA

“Being at the Hannah House has taught me so much about myself and given me the best community of women I know I can count on. I am very grateful for the Hannah House!”

    — TANISHA

“Hannah House saved my life. I have been in addiction since I was 13 and could not stay clean no matter what I did. The Hannah House is full of grace, love, and community. Hannah House means everything to me, and I’ll forever be grateful for all the love, tools, and compassion they’ve shown me.”

    — KATERINA

“A lesson I have taken away from my recovery has been that I couldn’t get sober on my own. Being at the Hannah House was the best decision I ever made. I so appreciate the love that Tabitha and Jess show for each of us women.”

    — PAULA

Connections that Compound to Help the Whole Woman

We strive to meet the whole person right where they are and learn what their physical, emotional, spiritual, relational needs are so we can empower them to heal and change their story for the better. Hover over one of our unique pathway initiatives to learn more.

    Genesis

The Genesis Process is an evidence- and faith-based relapse prevention program, highly effective in helping women restore relationships, discover their identity in Christ, and build healthy support networks.

    Transitional Housing

A safe, supportive environment for women to apply the skills they learned during their first year at the Hannah House. It helps them strengthen parenting skills, achieve financial independence, and grow in their faith. This phase is a crucial catalyst for long-term recovery, empowering women to thrive independently.

    Parenting Classes

Many of the women at the Hannah House are rediscovering their role as parents. Our staff provides dedicated support and offers tools and resources to help them successfully transition their children into a stable and healthy environment.

    Budgeting

Through community partnerships, women are given opportunities to develop financial management and budgeting skills. Additionally, we offer support in helping them save money each month, allowing them to establish a savings account as they prepare to transition from the Hannah House.

    Discipleship

Discipleship is a key aspect of involvement at the Hannah House, featuring weekly Bible studies and opportunities for individual meetings with our staff to explore the Word of God.

    Case Management

Provides individualized support, with our team working closely with each woman to establish personal goals, secure employment, attend necessary treatments, and navigate CPS-related matters. Our Case Manager is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of each woman to ensure comprehensive care and guidance.

“He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation.
Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together.”
