Dear CLDI friends and family,

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas filled with joy, warmth, and the love of family and friends. Your unwavering support has been a tremendous gift to us, and we are grateful for each of you.

Now, for a quick project update: on the third floor, the trim has been meticulously painted. The base stair tower now boasts its flooring. On the second floor, exciting developments include the installation of countertops and plumbing fixtures. Down on the first floor, progress continues with the addition of base cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and electrical trim. We’re making strides in each area, inching closer to the completion of this remarkable project. The electrical work is at about 90% completion, and the elevator is nearly finished.

As we take a brief pause to celebrate this festive season, we hope you find time to create beautiful memories with your loved ones.

Merry Christmas!

Kaleb Perdew
