Hello friends!
I hope that you are having a great week! We are thrilled to share that the roofers began roofing this Tuesday, and it will be substantially completed by the end of the day! This allows us to stay on track and continue our work. Similarly, our electricians continue to pull wires, giving us access to where the outlets and electrical boxes will be placed.
Next week the bathtubs will be showing up on-site and will be installed. They will also continue pulling electrical, and the DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) plumbing will be inspected. We are so thankful for the progress being made, including 90% of the windows being installed and nearly all of the internal framing being completed. Thank you for your continued prayers over the construction crew and support towards building affordable housing on the South Side!
