MOSAIC SENIOR HOUSING – FRIDAY UPDATE WEEK 9

We are incredibly thankful for the nice weather we had this week as it afforded us the opportunity to catch up on lost ground caused by the snow last week. With the slabs (concrete floors) poured Thursday, the construction team started framing Friday and on through the weekend! With framing complete, the trusses hung, it is very likely that the building will be decked (ready for shingles) and dried in for the weather very soon!

The other great news is that we received a $50,000 grant this week. With this great news, even with increased costs due to COVID, we have a balance of $293,338 to fully fund the project! If you would like to partner with us to fully fund the project, these invested dollars will provide ongoing sustainability for years to come!
