Connecting Your Investment with Your Impact: 2025 Annual Report

We know that as donors, you don’t always get to see or hear exactly how God is moving in and through CLDI and the work you’ve invested in. We love sharing stories and do our best to get them out to you via social media, email, in the mail or even on our website. It’s such a good practice for us to reflect on what God has done. The work of transformation and restoration is long and hard. It requires commitment and perseverance. Sometimes, we don’t always see the “end result” or the “outcomes” and so we have to believe that God will water seeds planted.

And then sometimes, we get the blessing of being witnesses to a “harvesting”, of a “re-story-ing” of lives. We want to share transparently how the money was invested and what impact we got to witness. Take a look inside by clicking below!

A letter from our Board Chair, Josh Gilligan:

My name is Josh Gilligan, and I have the privilege of serving as Chair of CLDI’s Board of Directors. On behalf of the Board and staff, I want to thank you for your faithfulness and partnership as we look ahead with hope to all God has in store for 2026.

This past year, the Board and executive staff spent intentional time in prayer and discernment during our annual Strategic Planning meeting. One clear theme emerged: sustainability. We believe lasting impact happens when CLDI remains strong, healthy, and faithful for the next generation. We are committed to stewarding the organization with that long-term vision in mind. Stewardship is central to our role as a Board, stewardship of resources and of people. Caring well for our staff allows them to serve from a place of strength, and careful financial oversight ensures your generous gifts are managed responsibly, transparently, and with integrity. We want you to have full confidence that your support is making a real and lasting difference.

If you haven’t yet watched the video stories produced this past fall, I encourage you to do so. They offer a powerful glimpse into what God is doing through CLDI. Lives are being impacted, relationships restored, and hope is taking root in the South Side of Billings through the love of Christ and the faithful service of our staff. Thank you for your prayers, generosity, and trust. This work would not be possible without you. The Church is at its best when each part works together, building a story of redemption and hope.

With gratitude,

Josh Gilligan
